For years, I poured into others. I was the safe space, the listening ear, the one who held it all together. But behind closed doors, my body was falling apart. Stress, exhaustion, and chronic health struggles had taken over, and I was running on fumes.

Burnout doesn’t just happen overnight. It creeps in, convincing you that pushing through is the only option. That self-care is a luxury. That exhaustion is normal. But what if I told you that thriving—not just surviving—is possible?


I learned this the hard way. My breaking point wasn’t just about fatigue. It was the gut issues, the anxiety, the surgeries that forced me to stop and ask: What if the way I was living was actually the problem?


That question led me down a holistic health journey—one that changed my life. I started detoxing, nourishing my body in ways I never had before, and most importantly, reimagining what freedom looked like.


And that’s why I’m here now. Because if you’re reading this, I already know you’ve felt it. That nagging thought that there has to be more than exhaustion and just getting by.
